How servicing works:

1. Book your service

Email us at adam@geared4grooming.co.uk with:

Brand & model
Description of the issue
Your location

We’ll confirm if we can service your machine and send instructions.

2. Send Your Equipment

You can:

Drop off (by prior arrangement), or

Arrange a collection with us if we cover Pick Up/ Drop off in your area, or

Post your item to us, well packaged, and we’ll confirm safe arrival.

3. Diagnosis

We perform a full inspection and:

Provide a quote before any work is carried out

Advise if parts are needed

Notify you of turnaround times when parts need to be ordered

4. Repair & Return

Once approved:

Repairs are completed by our trained service technician

Machine is tested & cleaned

Return shipping/ drop off is arranged
